Brake pedal height adjust??

Putting togeather 78 Scout that I got with brake linkage not hooked up.installed the bar(metal part bout 6 in long with hole in each end) between pedal and lever.hooked booster on lever so everything is now connected mechanically.brake pedal only about 1/2 way between floor and top of travel where the brake light switch is.is there an adjustment somewhere to move the pedal up?does lever coming out of rear of booster adjust? All help or suggestions are appreciated.

Don't believe there is any adjustment other than the depth of the brake light switch. Do you have vacuum applied to the booster? Here is a pic of the linkage in the engine bay behind the booster that might help, the linkage knuckle should be up almost against the firewall.
