Brake drum removal ?

62 Scout 80,front brake drum,I cant get those four screws that seem to hold the drum on to budge.should I try heat,are they reverse thread(embarrassing moments earlier getting the tire off....)?is there another way to get it off?thanx
 
Brake beleeding procedure ?

Just installed a new mc and lf wc,tried bleeding it with no luck,never got and fluid but the pedal did get firm.should I pull the bleeder all the way and let it gravity feed for a while?should you bleed the rear first?
