brake conversion kit

Stupid question, has anyone ever converted front drum to disc?
I have 12x2.5 front and rear drums. I want to leave the rears alone.

Front drums are 125 each:( , any ideas on how to do this?

Believe you need to swap over knuckles out to get rotors off of a 30 or 44 with disks. Search here or look on binderplanet.org
this has been done alot.
 
Not sure bud. Some parts might swap over from a 4wd. Sometimes manufacturers in a 2wd version of a 4d truck simply replaced the the front axle with a tube, everything else form the "c" put was pretty much the same.
