Blinking tail lights

I asked this question in another thread, but I think it might be better for a new thread:

I've been working on my 1964 Scout 80 restoration for a while now, and for the last month or so I've been working on the wiring..

I've checked and reworked the harness and have worked on other issues..

I finally hooked up the battery and started checking systems, and here's what I've got.

Horn works, rear blinkers work. (don't have front parking lights or head lights installed yet)

but here's something funny.. This thing doesn't have hazard lights.. But the rear lights are blinking like there's a hazard switch on..

I'm sure I've hooked something up wrong, but what would cause this??

They both blink when the turn signal switch is on? Or when you step on the brake?
There is really only one place that the wiring could be mixed up. That is the point where the turn indicator switch exits the column and plugs into the truck wiring. If iirc the tss has bullet connectors on it that mate with female receptacles on the truck side.

I should have been more clear.. They both blink all the time. Without stepping on the brake they blink..

They both stop blinking at the same time when I turn the blinker switch to left, the left light only blinks and the same when I turn the blinker switch to the right, they both stop blinking and the right light blinks..

Wire 118b ( flasher out) is swapped with 463 brake light switch out at the column tss connections.

Guessing because you didn't say but I bet the brake switch has no effect.

I also think you have two other connections swapped, but first change 118b and 463 at the tss connections at the column.
