Looking for the best carb for my Scout with a 345 and soon to have a supercharger. Would like to keep it as a 2 barrel. Was looking at Holley 2210, Holley 2300, and motorcraft 2100. Any one know wich carb would be the best for that supercharger?

So let's see if I understand you correctly. You have a 345 sv that you need a new carb for. You are wanting to install the new carb and drive it under normally aspirated conditions. Then some time in the future you are dreaming of adding a super charger and blowing through the same two barrel mixer hoping for best on best operation. Please let me know if I've got it then I'll post my thoughts.
Please include expected manifold pressure and type of blower unit make etc.

You right. Just got to get it running befor the snow gets here so I can take care of the farm and get to for. But will be doing a full restoration this summer. I do have the supercharger "powerdyne" got the mount made for it got a vbelt pully set up and not looking to put more then 6 psi untill I can rebuild my other moter I have for it.

If you are going to run both ways (na and blown) one will be less then perfect. I'd shoot for a 350 cfm 2300 and put it in a blow through box when the time comes.

Better situation is a draw through. Better calibration and natural air charge cooling. Bad is if you cough the engine, bang. Usually blows a tube off or you need a blow-off plate/burst panel. It's not at big a deal as you think, just never crank it with any throttle. Only crank at idle.
