Does anyone have a pair of banjo bolts, that hold the brake line to the caliper they want to get rid of?

Auto parts stores sell these. Typically in stock.

Banjo bolts come in three sae sizes: 7/16 - 20, 3/8 - 24 or 7/16 - 24.

Fyi, typical metric sizes are: 10mm x 1.5, 10mm x 1.25 or 10mm x 1.0.
