Replaced pinion seal now notice leaking gear oil from end. Whats involved in replacing seal or seals?? Should I look into doing bearings etc when im in there??

Which axle are you referring to?

If it's a "flanged hub" d44 drive axle, then the seal May be replaced only after the axle bearing lock ring and bearing assembly are pressed off the axle shaft itself. And the axle shaft must be removed from the housing in order to do that.

If you are dealing with a "tapered hub" d44, then the seal/bearing replacement process is somewhat different.

The brake drums must be removed in any case, so that leads to an opportunity to inspect the brake system and refresh as needed.
