Autobody shop school recommendation needed

Hi,

I'm on a very limited budget and so far everything has cost triple what I expected. So, from the beginning of my build, one of my tactics was to take my truck to one of the vocational schools where they do body work and painting for the cost of the materials. I figure this would be good enough to keep the truck from rusting away until I can afford something better, although I was impressed with the quality of work I saw from the local vocational college.

Unfortunately, I just learned it's their policy not to work on any vehicles more than 15 years old, despite their condition. So does anyone know of any auto body shop school in los angeles that does not have that age policy restriction?

Or perhaps what would be the most inexpensive way to have someone paint my truck?

Here is a picture of my truck when I first got it 3 months ago and here is a picture of it last week. You can see where the po sanded away the paint to bare metal and did not put any primer. (it's at the glass shop now for all new door glass). As you can see, its turning into black rust very quickly and I need to do something about that fast. (and my landlord has threatened to evict me if I don't make the truck look better soon).

Any recommendations would be helpful.

Thank you.

Steve
