73 1110 2WD 4sp drum/drum, This came to us from 2019 Turkey Run partial assembled. originally had no fluid flow to rear drums and full brake review was in order. Replaced MC, Frt and Rear shoes and cylinders. On 1st application pedal travels to the point that secondary system comes into play, brake failure light comes on and truck acts like rear brakes are doing all the work. I have bled, bled, and bled starting RR, LR, RF, LF. I am seeing no air and have flow to all 4 positions and can hear brakes working against drums. Cracked line at MC & have flow both fittings, cracked lines at dist.valve & have flow out of both. Another tech has done most of the work but we may have put on a rebuilt MC & after reading a lot of these post I'm questioning if we have correct MC both res. seem to be the same size so appears to be correct. Tech said MC was BB, the PDV has removable plug on each end we removed shuttle valve which appeared stuck, cleaned w/scuff pad and re-installed. On third pump pedal is about right but not much brake and seems to be mostly rear. We bypassed PDV with unions, no difference, I am leaning toward the MC and wondering if the MC has correct RPV in it because that is what seems to be missing. Acts like pedal just pushes through the first stage till the safety system stops it from hitting firewall and whatever else may be in front of it. Need some ideas, opinions, advise, hate to just throw parts at it any longer.
