Hi,
I am a novice at this and I made a novice mistake. The alternator on my 77 Scout II went and I took it out to get the core rebate at kragen. Well when I got the new one I failed to check and make sure the pulley matched my old alternator. On top of that I waited long enough that my old alternator was already sent back for refurb. It wasn't that the pulley didn't match it was that the new alternator only had one pulley gear wheel and my old one had two. Now I am stuck trying to find an alternator that has two pulleys instead of the one that the replacement came with. I tried several other alternators from kragen and napa and have had little success. If anyone can help me find the right part that would be super.
