Not sure what the supply problem is but I have had a hard time getting these lately. I do have one pair currently in stock. Once I get the new CPT lift kits up and running I plan on having CPT add-a-leaf kits as well.

Reviving an old thread here I know...how much lift can I expect from the add-a-leafs you sell for the Scout 80? I'd like to fit 30x9.5 or 31x10.5 (max) tires under my s80. I have 15x7 rims, doable with the add-a-leafs?

Overall lift from the addition of an add-a-leaf varies since there were many different variations of both springs and Scout's made over the years. However typically we see anywhere from 1" to 3" of lift from an add-a-leaf install. 30" or 31" tires should work fine for what you are wanting to do.
