accelerater pedal hook-up

Hello,
I have a 1965 International Scout 80, replacing the gas pedal, bolts fine to floor, but not sure how it attaches to the accelerator arm? On the bottom of the pedal there is two holes, am I missing a part?

On the 80 up to 65, the pedal has a socket/hole near the top. That socket accepts the ball like end on the arm that sticks through the floor.
The ball snaps into the rubber socket on the pedal. A little dish washing soap on the ball and socket will easy the insertion on the ball.

Now this pedal is duplicated in a few different configurations that won't directly fit the Scout 80.

Were can I find that ball bearing type part, that is what I don't have?
