I have a 79 Scout II with much invested. It has a rebuilt with papers engine that has been balanced along with the flywheel and bored .030 over with less than 4,000 miles on it and the trans/tires and clutch. It has a rebuilt t-19 trans. Posi in the rear axle. It a rebuilt 3 core radiator, rebuilt starter, recent battery, new battery cables, new front and rear brakes, rotors, calipers, rear wheel cylinders, oversize 33 gallon tank, new electric fuel pump, new fuel lines, hoses, belts, u joints front and rear shaft. It also has a new windshield, new weather stripping, wiper arms, thermostat, dom steel drag link and dom steel tie rod and ends from ihonlynorth. Rear left tail light cowel, and a new never installed urethane body bushing kit. The custom exhaust has a new stan's header with the 3/8th flange and 2 1/2" exhaust. There are more new things to go with it. Anyhow I have invested about $10-12k in this rig. Have to move in the next week preferably. The engine is the big 196 instead of the gas guzzling v8's. Lots of torque. Goes a long ways on a tank of gas. No roof, tailgate or door rot. Solid floor pans. Also it has the borgeson streeing joint. I need to get $3700 for it. Never been wrecked.
