My parents bought this Scout new in 1978. Except for a short 6 month period it has remained in my family. I bought this from the person my parents sold it too. For that brief interval; with the intention of complete frame up restoration and a daily driver. I non opped it in 2003. The last time I drove it was in late 2005. It has a 345 cid 2bbl, torque flight 727 with a shift kit and tranny cooler. The rear Dana 44 was professionally rebuilt about six months ago. With a 3.75 ratio, my intention was to start the restoration process. I have realized that I do not have the time or the resources to do this restoration, it is a fine vehicle as she sits but I don't want to watch this faithful friend waste away. So , I'm selling for what I believe is a reasonable asking. I believe it needs a battery and fuel and some elbow grease and will be up and running. There is a little rust, all surface.
