77 SII- 727 to NV4500

Have been looking at other scouts online and such, and it seems like the nv4500 is getting to be a popular conversion and I was just wondering what all would be entailed with putting one in. I have a freshly rebuilt 727 in mine so its not a do-or-die issue, but I prefer driving a manual and wouldn't mind a little increase in fuel economy as well. Running a wore out 345 up front. Curious about all the little details involved and maybe a rough idea of what this might cost me to do.

I think Jeff sell a kit, as you need an adapter plate. But do you have the pedals for a conversion? There is a Scout at pnp, might be gone by now, but it had the pedal setup. The biggest cost is the transmission itself.

Thanks for the reply Craig. No, I don't have anything for the switch yet I'm just trying to get a grasp on what all I will need so that I don't go into this blind. Can I use a pedal setup from a Scout with a stock 4 speed or is there a different pedal set that guys have been using?
