77 Scout 345 v8 doesn't leak or burn oil. T19 trans. (granny 1st) Dana 20 stock t case. Rear Dana 44 3.73 gears, new Yukon spool and carrier bearings, CPT diff armor. Front Dana 30 3.73 gears open carrier. (front axle was supposed to be temporary). CPT 5in. Shackles, 4in. Rough Country springs, Rough Country shocks and steering stabilizer, new urethane spring and shackle bushings, 5/8 u bolts, gas tank skid plate, custom .120 wall adco rear driveshaft with 1310 u joints
, Tom woods high angle front u joints, new rear long travel drive shaft for spare, .250 wall rock sliders, roll bar, auxiliary fuel tank (not installed but have to have it for smog) this thing runs great and will go anywhere.
The body is that of a rock crawler. It had a lot of rust and bondo so I started exploring harder trails and camping further off the grid. The wheel wells are cut to fit 35 inch tires. Rh body mount at passenger feet is rusted. Rust holes just behind doors at bottom of body. Hitch for flat tow.
I would like $3000 or an offer near there. If before x mas I will be more flexible.
The front Dana 44 is on my shop floor with new Yukon limited slip installed. I will sell separate or May negotiate to go with either Scout. Or a whole package would be great for a little more cash.
74 Scout parts truck haven't been driven for 4 years. It had cracked intake with corroded smog tubes so it idled poorly. It has been non op status since 2004. I lost the title. It's sitting on blocks. The front axle is in 77 the rear axle needs overhaul. 4.2l straight 6, t18 4 speed Dana 20 case rust over rear wheel wells cracked windshield 1 dent in each front fender over wheel well.
