75 D150 Fuel Tank Removal

I just bought a 75 d150 4x4 pickup with dual tanks. Previous owner said it hadn't run in 5 years so I am trying to remove both tanks. Removed straps, vent lines and fuel lines but can't figure out how to remove fuel filler tubes. Are there clamps or are they just stuck after 40 years? Thanks
 
Just cut the filler hoses with a knife, be careful you don't cut yourself!
Replace with new fuel hose from the auto parts store or IHPA.
