Here are some pics of the building of my 74 100 4x4. This is an ongoing project for me. I love these trucks and this is the second one for me. Some people have shown interest in this truck so I thought I would post some pics.

I am going to have to figure out how to re-size these pics. They are too big. As soon as I figure that out I will put them up.

Alright I am back on track. Here are some pics of the truck when I first picked it up in san lorenzo in 2006. The engine was half out and had a bent rod.

Once the engine was running, it was time for the suspension. I installed the 54" Chevy front leafs, 6" lift. Dana 60 with crossover steering from off road design and 2wd Chevy steering box. The rear axle is a 14 bolt, open diff for now. I just used 3 " blocks in the back and it sat pretty level. Here are some pics after I got hte tires and wheels.

Welcome, gulfdawg! Im a fellow livermore, IH fan too. Glad to see you here, its a great site... Great rig too by the way. Go easy man.

Here are a couple pics of the front cross member I made. It lifted the front 2". It tied the frame rails and front together nicely. I was also able to mount the steering box to it for added strength
