Well, the lokar kit is in, but I am wondering if I still need to do more work to the tranny. My first to second shift is great. My 2nd to third is frustrating. The Scout now wants to stay in second for a longgggggg time. I either have to let off the throttle and it bangs into 3rd, or I have to give it even more throttle to make it finally shift. Pulling onto the on ramp on the freeway it's great and pulls hard, but town driving sucks. I have adjusted the kickdown cable tighter and looser with not much benefit. Looser I go, and it wants to slip and tighter makes the 2nd to 3rd shift that much harder. Thoughts?
