I don't know if you've already done this but I'll give some tips anyways. It's really pretty easy.
Unhook any cables that run to the engine bay. Choke, heater, etc...
Take off the steering wheel, use a wheel puller, many parts stores rent these.
Remove the instrument cluster.
Remove all the bolts along the bottom, these hold the steering column, parking break, and pedals in place. Mine had the clutch return spring hooked on here also.
There are two bolts, one on each side, above the foot vents that hold the dash on. These don't have to be completely removed, just loosened.
Remove all the screws along the top of the dash. You should now be able to pull the dash towards you, they'll still be other things to disconnect (defrost hose do these from the heater box, etc.), but they should be obvious.
Like I said, as dashes go, the 800's is fairly easy.
