68 1200c 4x4 wheel cylinders

I'm working on my 68 1200C, looking to get new wheel cylinders. When I look at any parts stores online, they show matches for the rear cylinders, but not the fronts.

Does anyone know if the rears cylinders are the same as the fronts?

The fronts are likely the single piston type as shown here, I am showing the rears as well. Rebuild kits are available as well as places are around that will resleeve them.

With these drums, do you know if both the front and rear are manual adjusting?

Yes both front and rear are adjusted manually.
