63' Travelette 4x4 Conversion

Hey all I have a 1963 IH c1100 "travelette" short bed w/304 engine in 2x4.

I have access to a busted 1967 IH b1100 4x4 ... Does anyone know if the suspension specs were the same for those years ala unbolt the b1100 4x4 set up and bolt it into the c1100? I know I'll have to get longer driveshafts built ... Thanks in advance!
 
You should be real close with the 67 1100. Make sure your frame has the transfer case cross member. Get the f&r axles and springs too. The 4x4 had blocks for more height.
