392 valves in a 345 head

Not me personally, but it is a normal process to go through in an attempt to find hidden power.
The 392 has a bigger bore and hence more room to fit the bigger valves and not hit the bore while open.

Standard 345 valve stems are 3/8 the 392 has a bigger stem on the exhaust valve .414-.415.

From a flow standpoint the IH SV heads are anemic at best. It would most likely be a waste of money.
