That is a non ic block.
As for mixing 345 heads heads to the 392, you'll need to see the cc volume and coolant passages. The 345 was planned for the smaller bore and that could be a problem. The 345 will likely have smaller valves also.
I do however suspect that the heads will function but not totally sure
do you have a set of non ic 392 head gaskets? Lay them on the 345 heads and see is everything lines up.
