392 exhaust manifolds

Are all IH (392) manifolds created equal? I read somewhere the 3 bolt versions where more "free flowing" than the 2 bolt version. Any truth to this? For the record, I recollect not thinking much of the article... If they do flow better however, is it a change worth making?

Thats what I get for reading IH stuff on a non-IH related site. "facts!" clearly...
