38 " spare

I am looking for a 38 inch tire for a 16 inch wheel. No plugs. Any brand or width is fine. I am in susanville CA, 96130.

I have a 38.5 cepek here, but it is for a 16.5 rim. We could meet up near sac or so and trade some fenders for the tire
