345 engine timing

I hve a 77 SSII / 345 / 2 bbl / 727 tf. Pretty stock. Set of headers, dual exhaust, pertronix, trac locks.

What is the oem ignition timing. Is it 0 or 5 degrees? I am getting the thing smogged and need to put everything bck to standard. Let me know asap!

Based upon service manual data...

The 49 state 345 timing specifications for the '77 model year Scout II was 0*btdc at a curb idle of 650>700rpm with vacuum feed disconnected.

The CA-only emissions package base timing was 5*btdc.
