345 ci engine IH 1976 scout II

I have a 345ci IH engine out of a 1976 International Scout II. It is complete from manifold to pan. There is no carb with this motor. This motor is being pulled from a Scout II that was running when parked a year ago. It still spins when turned at the crank (not frozen up). I do not have compression ratios and this engine is being sold as a rebuildable core but knowing IH motors you could probebly slap a carb on here, change the oil and plugs and run it for anouther 100k.
