For your purposes, no. You can install them, but nothing else works after that.
The 345 heads would not match the 304 intake, and the 345 intake would not fit the shorter 304 block. The 345 heads have the same valves, larger runners, and I believe more volume. That means you would lose compression, and have a limited increase in airflow.
