304 heads

I need heads for a 304. I have a guy wanting to sale me his heads off a 345, im not sure they will work? What about it guys and does anyone have any heads for a 304

Nope they won't work. You will need 304/152 heads. Are your pistons flat on top or some what rounded? The two pistone types require different heads.

I just realized you are quite a long way away from cali. Sure you could find a pair here but shipping would kill you. I suggest placing a want add here and see if a local member speaks up.
I have a couple but they are for the rounded "contoured" piston.

You need whare known as "e" type heads. They have a d shaped combustion chamber. As opposed to the round circumferance design used with a contoured piston.
