Selling my 1980 Traveller. Engine was rebuilt couple years ago. I out a couple thousand miles on it and had a piston fail. I just got it put back together again will all new pistons and rings. changed from the older 5 ring style to the newer 3 ring style ones. Head was ported and polished during the rebuild and the intake/exhaust ports were port matched. Turbo was just rebuilt and the intake of it was port matched to the exhaust manifold. I also did the Mercedes upgrade to the turbo during the engine rebuild. I also installed an intercooler in it. Scoutco down pipe and straight exhaust. T19 Wide, Dana 300. Converted to a 10SI alternator and Hydro boost brakes. Less than 2000 miles on rebuild rear end, including the track lock. I have an extra diesel shop manual and random SD33 parts that will go with it also. Love the rig, I'm just wanting to build something else now. Its starting to show rust n the rockers, PO had bondoed and painted over it and now its coming back through.
