I've owned this car ten years and in that time Jeff (at IH Parts America) has installed:

rebuilt blueprinted 345
Jeff rebuilt the tranny
new leaf springs (with an extra leaf in the back set)
rear air-springs for extra support when hauling (valves on back bumper)
new tri-y headers and exhaust system
new wiring harnesses
new power steering pump and box
carberator and the ignition system
lower gear ratios
new brake lines, new pads and rotors in front
I think a new radiator, I'd have to check with Jeff on that

the odometer is stuck, the drivetrain was installed just under four years ago but the vehicle has been for towing my 5x8 utility trailer (and it's moved the airstream three or four times), so I imagine the motor has somewhere between eight and twelve thousand miles on it.

I've never tricked it for off-roading or done anything cosmetic. It's beat up (and dirty!) and has modest tires, but the gearing means it's ready to be raised and have some big tires put on it if you like, or it's a powerhouse tow vehicle as it is. I've pulled my 7000 pound 30' airstream down and up the American river canyon at highway 49 (near Auburn) no sweat.

The motor runs very strong and very smooth.

It does have a few glitches aside from cosmetics, one window is stuck and the rear hatch must be propped up. But the drivetrain is like new.

Please make any reasonable offer.

A couple of things I forgot to mention: I have a large roof storage box attached to the shell, and I placed the spare tire on the roof in front of it. Also, I moved the rear seat forward several inches, so the legroom is reduced but there is room for a comfortable bed in the back (or increased cargo). I have a thick foam mattress cut to fit between the wheel-wells, and I will throw that in if it will be a camping car for the next owner.

I have pics as of today, please call or email me for copies:
