1976 Loadstar 1700 Carb Question

I recently bought a 1976 Loadstar 1700 and it has the MV446 engine in it. Upon the research I've done it looks like those motors only came with a 4 barrel carb on them however this one has a 2 barrel. I'm having a heck of a time finding a 4 barrel for it to bring it back to it's original build. Do you guys know of where I can source one or if it crosses over to something that would be more common to be able to source?

There's not a lot of people here who know the medium duty trucks. I've got a '73 1700 dump trick with a 345. If you post some pics of what you're working with we'll try to help.

IH used Holley Model 4150 series and 4160 series 4-barrel carbs.
Both are "Square-Bore" carbs.

But specifically for the MV-446, IH used a.......
Holley Model 4150G (G = Governed) carb.
IHC part number 467026-C91.
Holley List Number 7251.
