1976 345 Heads FS, (zip02806) Rebuilt but not perfect

When I was younger my parents let me play with a few of these things. 6-7 years back I thought I had sold off all my Scout stuff and became a trader - I bought a 1970 series iia.

I am cleaning out my storage unit and I found a bunch of stuff.

I have a set of 345 heads. They were planed (not shaved just cleaned up) and I had valves and seals/seats all replaced... Then I let it sit for about 8 years in a non-oilied, non-climate controlled storage unit. Machine shop is still in business, reputable, I don't have receipts but they know me and would vouch that they did actually do that work on a set of 345 heads way back when.

If it were me I'd feel 100% comfortable cleaning up the surface rust by hand and putting them on a car tomorrow - but everyone has an opinion.

Best offer???

I have no idea what they are worth. Don't want to give them away but also know I won't be able to get anywhere near the $1,000+ back that I put into them a few years ago.

They were out of a 1976. I have the vin somewhere.

They are in 02806. I work a bunch all over the east coast from boston to nyc so I could meet someone if scheduling works out. If not come and get them.
