I purchased this Scout and intended to restore it however I already have two projects in my garage and now my home owners association will not let me keep this Scout in the guest parking area of my development. It is road and freeway ready. In fact I just took it out for a 90 mile trip today! It does not have the horrible rot that is typical of scouts under the body and wheel wells. It does have minimal rust because it is almost 40 years old! But the floor pans are in good condition. In the pics below the Scout has a ton of pollen on it because it was parked under a few huge trees however you can see that the black paint is faded.
