This is a two owner 1973 International Scout II time capsule. I've got all of the records back to the day it was first purchased at the dealership. This truck has been in northern CA it's whole life, and has just over 102k original miles. I've owned it since 1995, at which time I did a restoration on the body and installed a completely new interior, much better than what these originally came with. Truck has also been converted to front disk brakes, electronic ignition, and dual exhausts. Engine has never been apart. Automatic transmission was rebuilt a couple of years ago. Has single speed transfer case, power steering, power brakes, factory a/c (needs a leak fixed and recharged), factory tinted glass, am/fm/cassette, warn winch, front winch bumper, and rear step bumper with hitch. I love this truck, but, sadly, no longer use it. Just spent over $3500 replacing the travel top and windshield frame and painting to match. No longer has luggage rack. Replaced all of the window, top to body, and top to windshield frame weatherstripping. Just tuned. This is one of the few Scout iis that hasn't been cut up to make a rock crawler. Asking price is $11k. Truck is located in novato, CA. Thanks for looking!
