I am selling my old 1 ton due to it not seeing much use lately. It is a 1971 International 1310. It has a 345 v-8 with a 4 speed transmission. The odometer works and shows a little over 43,000 miles. It was a former u-haul truck and was sold as part of their replacement program. The next owner removed the box and installed an 8ft. Steel flatbed built to fit the truck. When I purchased it, I changed plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, ignition points, battery, and just now rebuilt the carburetor because it wasn't running to suit me. The engine was rebuilt by the previous owner about 10,000 miles ago and the truck received a new heavy duty clutch at the same time. It has a gooseneck ball recessed in the bed and a 2 inch reciever hitch on the back of the truck. I also just rewired the bed lights because they had been problematic and installed a new brake controller for electric trailer brakes. Only rust-through is in cab corners.
I am not an IH guy and have no clue what it is worth. I will start at $2500 and am very open to offers/negotiation.
