1971 Borg warner Band adjustment

Hi,
I have a 1971 Scout 2 with a 304 and a borg warner auto trany.
I'm waiting for the service manual and am getting all the info I'll need to tighten the front and rear bands.
The spacing on the front band is 5/16" and my understanding is that it's suppose to be 1/4" (from another thread here)
I cannot find the front band adjustment bolt.
I have found the rear band bolt. (picture) just to the right of tip of screw driver.
Is my assumption correct that this is the adjustment for the rear band?
I checked the vacuum modulator with a gauge and it held just fine.

I just found out I was measuring the front band in the wrong place. The 1/4" spacer goes between the servo piston and the its adjusting screw. The servo piston's adjusting screw is the front band adjustment. I will add a pic later.
