1969 392 Torque Specs?

Can someone tell me the proper torgue specs for the intake manifold and the exhaust manifolds for this egine? I cant seem to find them anywhere. I have been reading threads for 45 min and my eyes are starting to cross, lol
 
Thanks Mike, your the man. Hey, I have not forgotten about you on my little red Scout issue. I have it running pretty good so I have moved on to rebuilding my 392 for my Travelall. Should finish this weekend (I post some pics when I'm done, looking pretty nice) and I'll get back to expierementing with the 4 cylinder and let you know my results. I did have an old shop manual for the Scout, but I need one for this 69' Travelall, got one?
 
I don't keep any new parts here except for carburetor and distributor stuff.

Jeff does have the correct service manual at the main hq in Grass Valley though!
