I am looking to replace my split rims with new ones. I live in Charleston SC. Any suggestions on where to start?

Those are not "Split Rims".
Those are "Lock Ring Wheels"
The Lock Ring Wheel can be serviced at tire & wheel shops that service large truck wheels/tires.
One-Piece wheels can be purchased or built for your truck. Costs $$$.

Did you try to check a couple of automotive shops online? I am sure that it won't be hard to find a set of wheels for your vehicle.
