I'm considering the purchase of this '67 2wd pickup for a resto project and would love help in identifying....can't find a decent vin decoder that goes back this far.

I know it's basically a 2wd truck that was produced in springfield, ohio.......however beyond that I'm stumped as there are elements of this that look like a 2-door traveler (if there was such a thing) and I'd really like to properly id this before purchase.
Any help you can provide is great.....model, engine, general value (it's ~ a 2.5 out of 5)
ps - appears that previous owner removed the id plate during the paint job and didn't replace.
