1964 Travelall - Steel Door Panels

Does anyone know if the Travelall door panels for 1964 had four holes in them?

1. Window crank hole
2. Door handle hole
3. Armrest hole (front screw)
4. Armrest hole (rear screw)

or...in 1964....would there just have been #1 and #2?

For a, b, and c (66-67-68) armrests fall under optional equipment packages. Definitely the 64' would require similar options to have them.
You'll need a LST to see what package, if any, your t-all was shipped with.
