1964 Travelall - Rear Axle Work

Anyone have suggestions of someone who can look at the rear axle of my Travelall? I live in long beach, CA and work in the south bay. Seem to keep having grease leak out of the passenger rear seal...keep replacing the seal. I have pulled, cleaned and reinstalled the small vent valve that lives on top of the rear axle tube, so must be another reason why that seal keeps springing a leak.

Is it a floater like on the 1200/120? Regardless it's very easy to over pack the bearings and the grease will push out as it gets hot.
