1964 Travelall - Gear & Axle Oil Change

I wish to drain and refill the rear end and the factory manual 5 speed transmission.

Any helpful hints?
Any flavors of oils preferred?

Use 80-90 gl4 or less for the trans and transfer case. Use gl5 gear oil for the rear and front axle. I like 90-140 in the hypoid's and 80-90 in the xfer.
Lots of guys use 50 wt engine oil but I prefer gear oil.
