How about a working pre-'72 wiper motor? They changed significantly in m/y '72. If you have one, I'd need a picture just to confirm it is the style I need. Thank you.

My 71 1210 needs a good dash pad with radio grille and the lower steering column trim piece. They're both black.

Are photos available?

Thank you.

I was interested in what the wheel and axel package was on the 1200 2 wd. 6 lug? Drum? Dana 60? Gears in the rear (4.10 or 3.73? Also any idea of mileage on that stuff and photos would be great.

Tks.

Sadly that won't be possible. I thought I had one, but I was mistaken. The original unit is now gone. I can describe it though. On the outside of the motor housing where the wires make their penetration, you will see what looks like a small, yellowish resistor soldered in place. This is not so on the later motors. Also, instead of a threaded, rectangular shaft penetrating the firewall in a perpendicular fashion, there is a rectangular adapter that is roughly two inches long by 1/2 inch wide by 1/8 inch thick that rests in a cradle parallel with the firewall when the motor is secured to the bracket. This allows the motor to be completely removed from the firewall without having to disconnect anything inside the cab besides the wiring pigtail. Later models require the motor to be separated from the wiper arm mechanism by removing a nut and/or c-clip from the shaft up under the dash. I hope this is a clear enough physical description for you to make a differentiation between the two styles. Thank you.

Im in the east bay in livermore CA, not too far if you in reno. Is the transmission a automatic or a manual?

I had gotten a 1210 complete myself and put all the running gear in my 70 Scout 800a.

How much were you thinking for the t-case?
