Depends on what model year Travelall you have and whether it is a 1/2 or 3/4 ton?

Its a 6.4L v8 around 4200lb curb weight im assuming its a 1/2 ton. I donít believe the travelall came in 3/4 ton.

Yes it did come in both a 1/2 and 3/4 ton. How many lug nuts do you have to take off in order to remove a tire? 5 lugs is a 1/2 ton while 8 lugs are 3/4 ton.

5 lug nuts. A found out the diameter of the travellall rotors are 11.72 the 74 scout is 11.75 inches with the same bolt pattern. I still havenít figured out the drums. Do you think resurfacing the drums is a good idea??

Yes the rotors are the same then on the Scout. Here is a link to the ones we have for sale on our web store - Brake Rotor for 1974-80 Scout II, Terra, Traveler & 74-75 1/2 ton 4x4 Pickup, Travelall

The drums can be resurfaced as long as they meet specification. If not we do offer new drums. The correct ones for your Travelall would be the 11" x 2 1/4" ones. - Rear Brake Drum for Scout, Scout II, Terra, Traveler, IH Pickup & Travelall
