Default Postal Scout 80 RHD 2WD plus parts pile

I have a 1962 Scout 80 right hand drive 2 wheel drive and a bunch of parts and I want to get rid of the whole lot at once. This is located in san francisco, California. You can pm me with questions.
There are two major issues you need to know about.
1.) I bought the truck as a parts truck and never got a title for it. It was a lien sale from a mechanic, I have that paperwork, but the CA dmv keeps telling me I need to get a brake and lamp inspection before I can get a clear title. You could probably initiate a lien sale of your own if you really wanted to make a runner out of it.
2.) someone cut the floor of the bed out and welded a bunch of angle iron onto the frame. Hell if I can figure out what they were thinking. I bought a brand new bed floor from Super Scout Specialists but never unwrapped it.

Still reading? Good. I got a copy of the line setting ticket, it looks like it was a dealer demo from turlock, CA. Real stripper, no heat.
The truck is in "ran when parked" condition, I drove it around the block before I bought it. Shifted like a dream. Since then the brakes have lost pressure. Also, even then, it ran on a Chevy one-wire alternator and an electric fuel pump drawing from a jug of gas under the hood. I've cleaned the fuel tank, but never tested the fuel pump.
The body is in amazing shape with the exception of the missing floor out back. See the link for the pictures.
There's no wiring harness. Then again, there weren't much of one to begin with!
Parts! I accumulated parts for this and my previous 2wd, there's some diamonds and a lot of rough. Again, take a look at the pics in the link below, it's easier than listing them here.

All or nothing. I don't want to deal with the hassle of parting it out, that's your job. Bring $2000 and a trailer.

Pics, short descriptions.
