Default 66 Travelall 4x4 Rust Under Dash Corners

I just called IH Parts America to see if they had any replacement patch panels for the corners driver and passenger side where the heater vent (passenger) fresh air vent (driver) come in from the cowl.
They don't have anything. I am wondering if anyone here has made a patch panel, or has a template I could use? I'm also going to think about proper drainage.

I appreciate any and all feedback.

Where are you located? I might have a source for a couple parts cabs, that the metal could be sourced from. I'm in Sparks, NV 89436.

I built my own out of 16 and 18 Gauge cold rolled sheet metal. Lots of work to repair the cowl rust on a C series.
