Along with cleaning out the front of the inner cab last weekend, I drained the trans fluid. Ended up with a good whiff of burnt fluid as soon as I cracked the pan

I spent this weekend pulling out the tranny and transfer case.

I'm kinda loving my over head electric hoist. Which I'm currently using to hold up the back end of the motor

I good cleaning of the mess and then I can start pulling things apart. Since money is funny at the moment and monopoly funds don't exactly work very well, my shopping list of parts will be shrinking somewhat in December and first part of February. So this will be a drawn out rebuild of the trans
