Default Re: 72 Ole Yeller

Well, since I got sick and tired of waiting for the guy to respond back to me about the torque converter for this used transmission I recently picked up, I bit the bullit and purchased a new torque converter yesterday. Filled it with two quarts of oil and stuffed it in it's location. At the moment this used tranny and new converter is under ole yeller waiting to be bolted in place. I just might get this thing drivable soon after Christmas.

Here's a shot of the converter stuffed in it's proper place with at least a half inch of space to the bell housing to block surface
